Processing Time: Standard processing time to prepare an order for shipment is 1-2 business days.

Delivery Time:

• Canada: 5-7 business days after shipment at $6 CAD
• United States: 6-10 business days after shipment at $11 USD

Lost or Delayed Packages: Refund or replacement will be issued if package is lost. For extended delays, contact us for tracking.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
